We Don't Live Here Anymore
A downloadable game
'We Don't Live Here Anymore' is a game about dealing with major life changes and allowing yourself to move on without sacrificing the good things that got you to here.
How to Play:
If you are about to have a big life change (moving, new job, etc.)
Write 8 things you will miss about your current situation in the spaces on the back of the card. For each item, roll a d4 twice and write the letter in the corresponding space on the grid.
No more than once per day, when you encounter or think of something you won’t miss, roll a d4 twice and completely fill in the corresponding space on the grid.
You win if you fill in all the blank spaces and there are still numbered spaces visible.
-------- or --------
If you have recently made a big life change
The eight items should be what you miss from before the change. Spaces are filled in when you find something you enjoy in your new situation. The win condition remains the same as before.
The name 'We Don't Live Here Anymore' comes from the song 'Sun In An Empty Room' by The Weakerthans.

that's a great concept and also a great self-care tool!
(to let you know, I shared it on my last years' newsletter about solo games on grieving)
