This game is incredible;y written and truly takes into account a lot of nuance. I haven't played it yet myself but as someone with ADHD and ofc as a fan of TTRPGs it was quite amazing to see my brain translated into game mechanics. I found the co-morbidity section really interesting and am hoping to some day play this but as a character that has some of the co-morbidities my friends have but I don't. (so I can have more of a new experience and also connect to the game more in the spirit it was meant for non ADHDers). I didn't even take into account the idea of using this for characters in other TTRPGs and while I have used stats to give my characters various disabilities in the past (kinda a lie ive only done it once but shout out my air genasi with a sensory processing disorder) but I like the level of reflection this game prompts in all the different ways these things could affect a person's/character's life and was very excited to see that the stats were taken to be translated to a large variety of TTRPG system types! overall this seems very eye opening as a game and very practical as a role playing tool! glad I got it with the TTRPGs for Accessible Gaming bundle.
I already got a copy of this game for free, when I was born. D'you think it's still worth playing if you already have ADHD, or is it intended solely for neurotypicals and other non-ADHDers?
It's made primarily to help neurotypicals understand what we go through so its much more of a drain when you already have ADHD. Feel free to grab a community copy to see if its something you would like, or if there is someone you might want to pass it on to. :)
I don't think it's fair to call this a game. It's a creative writing exercise. It might be a good creative writing exercise, but I will never know because I'm not into writing. Disappointed.
It may not be everyone's cup of tea (no game is) but that doesn't make it any less valid. If you look up "journaling games" on any search engine you will find out that creative writing exercises can go beyond that and also be games. Just like improvisational theater can go beyond that and also be a game. People (both designers and players) are constantly evolving and creating new things, expanding the concept of what a TTRPG is.

I saw this game mentioned in Jessica's book (How to ADHD) and was pleasantly surprised to find out it was a solo journaling game! :D
I got the 1st version in a bundle a long time ago and never even noticed (#ADHDbrain). Now I can share it with the Hearts in my life. :)
I'm so glad! I hope it helps the Hearts in your life understand more. :D

Is there any print friendly/low ink version?
Hi, sorry for the late reply. The text only version of the game is print friendly and contains the full text of the game. I hope that helps!
Awesome, thanks!
Where is the text only version?
Oooh, do you mean the bookmark?
Oh, my bad, I forgot it's listed as the demo. 😁
