In an alternate timeline where the labor movement of the early 20th century never took hold and the protections that resulted were never put in place, you work for the mega-corp "Catalyst of American Paradigm Insights for Talented Assertively Loyal Industry Solutions Management". It's coming up on hour 96 of your shift, so close to clock off time you can almost taste it, when you hear a murmur making its way down the long row of cubes... The Company needs everyone to work a double shift. You see The Managers making their way down the aisles, but they aren't going to make it to your pod before the end of your shift. It dawns on you and your coworkers, if they can't find you, they can't make you stay late. You and your pod must band together and escape without being noticed by The Managers.

F#^% C.A.P.I.T.A.L.I.S.M. is inspired be the rise of the modern labor movement and is for anyone who has ever felt trapped by their job. Players take on the role of office workers attempting to leave at the end of a 4 day shift without being asked to work overtime. You will need to approach the escape from the office in a multitude of ways if you wish to make it out together.

The game is for 2-6 players and a GM, using a pool of six-sided dice. It is free to download, but if you would like to donate I can't stop you — but I would ask that first you consider donating to any local union funds (especially those that are currently striking).

The title is inspired by the now eternal sign-off from the Waypoint Radio podcast (now Remap Radio): "Fuck Capitalism, Go Home".

On a final note, always remember: "Without our brain and muscle, not a single wheel can turn"

Your game was awesome reading through. As someone who knows folks in non-union job, this game hit close to home. So I decided to feature the game in a video on some of my favorite indie game jam rpgs for 2023!
